| Elena has spent most of her career as an executive search consultant, prior to which she worked in various fields including Internet portal startup, travel industry and teaching. Born and educated in Russia, she has an MA degree in languages, literature, history, philosophy, psychology and pedagogy, lived and worked in different countries and speaks four languages. She is now based in the South of France where together with her husband Robin she runs a small boutique hotel and welcomes guests from all over the world. |

| As Operations Director of Renaissance 2 Elena is responsible for the development of the business process and infrastructure that enables Renaissance 2 and Galatea to grow and function smoothly. To give you some idea of Elena’s experience she has: Breadth of Life Experience – Been a teacher, headhunter, PR specialist, tour guide, consultant, Internet startup project manager, designer, market researcher, hotel manager. Huge and Amazing Organisations – Worked for and on assignments for some of the largest and most successful companies in the world in various industries (FMCG, media, advertising, travel, construction, retail, pharmaceutical, legal) including Mars, Janssen Cilag, Hachette Filipacchi Presse, Leo Burnett, UEFA/Champions League and Cup Final, Deutsche Bank and others. Culture Guru – devoted much of her life to the arts and culture. She is an expert on world cinema, classical music and opera, world art and literature. These days Elena’s passions include opera, design, cinema and travel. Her personal aspiration is to bring beauty to everyday life and contributing to creating a sustainable and happy future for our planet and our children. |
